Berrys Creek Oak Blue 100g

Named after the famed Oak trees surrounding Mossvale Park, near the beginnings of Berrys Creek Cheese, Oak Blue is a bold, full flavoured cheese, inspired by the great Italian blue – Gorgonzola.The cheese is made in large 5kg wheels and needs to be aged at least three months for the required bold blue growth to work it’s magic on the high quality Gippsland milk the cheese is made from.
