Join us for a one-day-only Sunday long lunch, where premium caviar meets bold, flavour-driven cooking. Hosted in collaboration with MasterChef Australia Top 10 alum Gill Dinh, the Pickled Poet kitchen, and Caviar Tin, this intimate and luxurious experience is designed as a journey through caviar.
